Creamy Versatile Vegan Cashew Butter (it’s so easy)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound organic raw cashews
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. *Optional to roast cashews:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. Line cookie sheet with foil or silpat and spread out raw cashews.
  4. Roast for 5-7 minutes until fragrant and slightly toasted.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Place cashews, vanilla seeds and salt in sturdy food processor.
  7. Blend for 7-10 minutes until creamy.
  8. Store in airtight container and refrigerate.
